GRAPES

Glera 100%, hand harvested from hillside vineyards in Treviso province.

VINIFICATION

Soft pressing, fermentation at cold temperature and rifermentation in steel tanks following the Charmat method.

TASTING NOTES

Light straw yellow color. Fresh, fruity, inviting bouquet. Soft and round taste. Fine and persistent perlage.

ANALYSIS

Alcohol 11% Vol; Total acidity 5,7 g/l; Residual sugar 12 g/l; Pressure 4 atm bar.

FOOD PAIRINGS

Ideal as an aperitif, with appetizers and fish dishes. Serve chilled at 8 °C. To drink while still young.
