The result of the distillation of the pomace of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes from Marano di Valpolicel-la valley, from which we obtain the Amarone della Valpolicella Giuseppe Campagnola.
CHARACTERISTICS
The pomace of the grapes destined for the production of the Amarone are immediately distilled in copper steam stills. Our Grappa is characterized by its in-tense gold color, an ethereal scent and a perfect balance, te-stimony of conservation in precious barriques for two years.Rich and persistent taste with a cherry, fig and red fruit nose typical of the withered grapes of origin. Alc 40°.
