Verona area, Veneto.

GRAPES

Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, from hillyside vineyards of Lake Garda.

VINIFICATION

Traditional vinification from fresh grapes handly harvested. Soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature.

TASTING NOTES

Ruby red tending to cherry. Fresh and fruity aroma. Dry, harmonious, lively, with a slightly bitter aftertaste.

ANALYSIS

Alcohol 12,5% Vol; Total acidity 5,6 g/l; Residual sugar 5,7 g/l.

FOOD PAIRINGS

Ideal with pasta dishes, pizza, light meals, meat, cheese and whole meal. To drink while still young, served at 16 – 17 ° C.
