Verona, Veneto.

GRAPES

Garganega, Trebbiano toscano, Tocai friulano and Cortese from hillside vineyards in Custoza area. Grapes are grown with an integrated agricolture to fight environmental impact, in full respect of the territory and tradition.

VINIFICATION

Handly harvest of the grapes. Traditional soft pressing and vinification without the skins. Fermentation at controlled temperature.

TASTING NOTES

Pale yellow color with greenish reflections. Fruity, elegant, slightly aromatic bouquet. Dry and harmonious taste.

ANALYSIS

Alcohol 13% Vol.; Total acidity 5,8 g/l; Residual sugar 5 g/l.

FOOD PAIRINGS

Ideal as aperitif, with fish dishes, eggs with asparagus, pasta and risotto with vegetables, light meat and grilled chicken. We recommend to serve at 9 – 10 ° C.
