GRAPES

Trebbiano Toscano, Garganega, Tocai Italico, Riesling e Cortese. From hillside vineyards in the hearth of Custoza area.

VINIFICATION

Traditional vinification from fresh selected grapes handly harvested. Soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature.

TASTING NOTES

Dry white wine, light yellow color with greenish reflections. Intense, fruity and aromatic bouquet. Dry taste, soft, fresh, superbly balanced.

ANALYSIS

Alcohol 12,5% Vol; Total acidity 5,8 g/l; Residual sugar 6 g/l.

Ideal as an aperitif, with appetizers, hors d‘oeuvres, pizza, light meals, rice and fish dishes. Serve chilled at 8 – 10°C.
