The Campagnola winery will be present again this year with its wines at one of the most important events on the international wine scene. In fact, the Great Wines World New York 2024 will take place on June 5 and 6 2024 at the prestigious location The Glasshouse in New York.
The event will see the participation of 380 wineries from the world’s most important wine areas, from the United States to South America, from Europe to Australia, and there will be more than 500 wines for tasting, different on the two evenings and all awarded by James Suckling with scores from 92 points upwards.
The Campagnola winery will be present at the event on the first evening with two wines: the Amarone Classico Riserva Caterina Zardini 2018, awarded 94 points by James Suckling, who describes it as a full-bodied wine with aromas of cherry and berries and spicy and earthy notes. Intense and with a very long finish, an ideal aging wine despite already being approachable now. Instead, the second wine presented will be the Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Campagnola 2021, which scored 93 points and is described as a wine with an aromatic nose with hints of red fruits and spices, full-bodied and well balanced, with a long and spicy finish.
During the second evening, instead, the protagonists will be Valpolicella Ripasso Tenuta di Missoj 2020, which scored 92 points, a wine with a full-bodied palate dominated by spices, which, however, do not overpower the hints of dried red fruit, and finally Valpolicella Classico Superiore Caterina Zardini 2021, 92 points, appreciated for its full body, intense, fruity aromas and a solid tannic structure.
An unmissable opportunity, then, to meet producers and wine lovers from all over the world and learn more about the excellence of the international wine scene represented at the event.
